Bristol Remodeling & Construction was founded with a commitment to provide excellent customer service and high quality standards. We believe that the process of remodeling your home should be positive and stress-free. We work one-on-one with each of our clients every step of the way to ensure maximum customer satisfaction and value for your money.
At Bristol Remodeling & Construction we work hard to that our communities. This is why we partner with Old Colony Habitat and build quality home for families in need. We partner with community and committee members, volunteers, sponsors community members, and leaders to build new homes.

Our Process

Each inquiry begins with a brief phone conversation to get a better understanding of your needs.

After our initial conversation, we will set up a time to meet you at your home. This allows us to see your space and understand the scope of your project. It also gives us time to discuss your “must haves” and “like-to-haves” and to answer any questions you may have from us.

We will provide you with an estimate for your work approximately one week after our in-home meeting. This will include the scope of the work and a projected budget.

Sometimes our clients have questions or may want to slightly change their scope of work after receiving their initial estimate. If this is the case, we will go through several rounds of estimates to ensure that the project and budget are in line with your vision.

Upon approval of the estimate, we create a contract within a few days and set up a meeting to sign the contract. At this meeting we also discuss the construction process, consider any special requests you may have, and address any questions or concerns.

Construction begins! We keep you abreast of the process through regular emails, phone calls, and meetings.

At the end of construction, we complete a walk through with you to address any additional needs or concerns. We call this a “punch list” and complete it in a timely manner.

Then it’s done! We end our process responding to any additional questions or concerns. We also send you a brief survey and links to review our work.
